3. Refunds: The Short Version

Because our products are digital and downloadable instantly, we cannot offer refunds after purchase. Therefore, our ABA exam prep refund policy is: all sales are final.

But here's the exception: If you have a technical problem downloading your files, email us within 3 days at support@aba-practice.com. We'll fix it or send you manual access. Consequently, you won't lose access due to a technical glitch.
